Being visually impaired....calling around to locate a shopping cart that folded up was very taxing and I was becoming impatient because the Kmart representative at the Blanding store was not helpful at all, I spent almost an hour on the being put on hold and being hung up on and transferred several times until finally I was told that they didn't have any in stock.(I did apologize to her)...but...Kathy was most helpful and she is definitely an asset to your store!
