They ask to be contacted by email but always say they never received any email. If you call them you will ALWAYS go to voice mail. After a month of trying to contact them I still haven't been called back. I've even asked to speak with the owner but again (you guessed it) sent to voice mail and not one returned call.

Bad service!! Called multiple times and didn't get a return call. After several days, finally, someone answered. They told me that my problem wasn't their job. Didn't really try to help me. Just all in all VERY bad customer service.

When our community came on board with Kingdom Management, our HOA was nothing short of a train wreck. Since they have taken over three short months ago, i am now confident that our community is finally getting back on track. Their complete understanding of our concerns and challenges coupled with their aggressive collections policies was a breath of fresh air for our HOA. As a member of the Board, i am now able to sit back and let our CAM take care of all the day to day issues without the heavy involvement that was required with the other companies we've tried. I highly recommend this management company.

They are awful ! Called twice with no return call, I have concerns that need attention, they are always in a meeting, on the phone, the typical BS, not the way to run a Business.
