Last visit here i was in and out . i really didnt like to bring my vehicle here but it was closer than atlantic blvd. The first time i brought my car here i came for a wheel rotation and they had me sit for almost 1hr 1/2 to complete. only to see they never changed or rotated my tires guy came and gave me the mombo jumbo as if it has been done and i said nothing was done he said how do you figure . i said i took my daughters nail polish and marked the front tires and they should be on the back . he stated oh i dont know how this could of happen . at first he wanted to let me know it was done and when proof is out no body knows what happened .good thing i know the gm at atlantic blvd he quickly took care of the issue rotate and balance for free .and also gave me a rental to get to work . be carefull with this place and if you dont mind a drive to atlantic kia they really work on your car

I HAVE BEEN TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT A FEW TIMES AND IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHO YOU WORK WITH. SHARON AND PAUL ARE GREAT YOU JUS THAVE TOWATCH OUT FOR DAWN. IF SHE GREETS YOU ASK FOR PAUL OR SHARON TRUS ME YOU WILL BENEFIT I NTHE LONG RUN. THEM TOO ARE VERY HONEST PEOPLE.

Everytime my car has gone into the service department it takes several days or a week or more to fix it. They have to ask someone in CA, they have to order parts from GA, etc, etc. Its a huge hassle, and never do I want to hear from businesses, excuses and whining about why my car isn't fixed. I just want my car fixed in a timely manner.
