I agree with your post that this business is a joke. I substituted with them and two months prior to school ending for the summer, I contacted them for temporary summer employment in the field which I also have over 20 years of qualified experience. I posted for several positions in my field on their website and no response and also could not get to talk to a representative.

Moving from Illinois to Florida is hard , and so is finding employment in a horrible economy. Kelly Services was the only staffing company that actually called me with opportunities, and did everything they could to get me placed! :)

I found the people working at the south point office to be borderline rude. I stood at the desk for over a minute before anyone acknoledge me, and when they did they were definitely unhelpful. I left there feeling they just wanted me to go away. The only reason I'm giving them one star is I didn't want anyone to think I overlooked the five star rating.
