The only good thing about my experience with this company was the installers. They drove all the way from Jupiter, Florida. Carmine and Carmella were amazing. He matched the pattern of the vinyl perfectly.

The Jacksonville staff however leave alot to be desired. It took a month and finally a threat to cancel the entire order and request a refund for them to finally make the appointment to install my flooring. Between them not answering phones and returning calls from Lowe's and Lowe's not keeping me in the loop about what was going on. It was a disaster. Not able to reccomend either business at this point.

I had a wonderful experience with Keller Interiors. They were the installation company who were contracted for me through Lowe's. The installer was very friendly, and impressed me with the perfect job he did. My carpet looks great! He was also very professional and smart (he fixed my front door!), and was even caring and appropriate during an incident that happened next door during my installation. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have carpet installed, especially the installer Scott! (Don't let the Mohawk fool you.)

WORST Experience EVER! Went through Lowe's was a no go on 1st attempt due to moisture so it was basically a slab of concrete left for a week as I never heard back for a rereading. Had to go with another installer which came through immediately.

this is the authorized installer for Lowes. I like Lowes, but this company apparently does not install on the weekends.



The lady that called from Keller interiors, to schedule my install, scoffed at the notion that the carpet be installed on the weekend. She advised that she would call back when she finds a crew to work on the weekend; 5 days past....no call.

I had the worse experience with Keller Interiors. They were sent to my house which is empty and has a lock box on the door. The installers went to wrong house? Not sure where they went? Never even called me. I am recently widowed and have this rental property which I really need rented out. Keller never fixed there mix up. 2 days later still no carpet, and probably no tenant able to move in this weekend. They really left me hanging, loosing my husband was bad enough, now dealing with a company like this makes it even harder. Never even heard from them or an I am sorry for there big mistake
