The sales rep, Brian, was friendly and most knowledgeable and he did a great job. He is a true professional. The Sales Manager, Karen and Finance Manager, Bridget, were extremely helpful Also, the dealership facility was clean and easy to move from one area to another.

What I appreciated most here was the no pressure salesman who was easy to deal with.

This is the second car we have purchased from Keith Pierson and will return when ready to purchase another.

Mr. Williams was a real pro and I have no problems recommending that friends and family do business with him.

The best part of my experience is that the representative made me feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly.

Regarding communication, I was called several times by several different people to check up on how I was liking my new car and to see if I had any issues they could help me with.

Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful in getting me where I needed to be money wise to purchase my car. Of course everyone wants the best deal they can get, so I am happy with what I received in return for my money.

Brian Brock was the best associate that we worked with at Keith Pierson. He was friendly and honest. We didn't have enough time to drive across town to pick up our permanent tags, so they express mailed them to us. That was a huge help. With everything in all, we were in and out very quickly in much less than one day and that was the best.

I went to Keith Pierson Toyota with a 2010 Jaguar that I have had horrible customer service with. At Keith Pierson Toyota the salesman said that he wanted to put me in a car that was as comfortable as my Jag and he did so. I happily left the Jag for a new Camry. With all the many commercials I've seen on TV, Keith is a family man who cares about family and his customers. It's a pleasure doing business here.

Mr. Mumford is a very good car salesman and knows his product which in this case was a 2012 Prius. It made it a very easy decision to purchase one of these automobiles.

I would like to mention the great service that everybody gave me in relation to the maintenance of my Venza, specifically the driver DJ. This gentleman was so polite and patient, I gave him the wrong directions and still he kept the most positive attitude. He really made my day!!!

Keith Pierson is a good dealership. I came in the first time and just looked around to get a feel for my price range. I came back a week later and bought a Rav4, which is perfect for our family.
