I want to tell you a story about what happened to my brother. At the end I returned to his house and last Saturday we went back to talk to the man and when we arrived we explained that we wanted to make a deal to return the vehicle and that he even returned less money but he did not accept it and everything was because he knew that the car He had problems and the hidden because he is a bandit, swindler and dishonest, who usually do this to customers as reflected in some reviews.The moral of all this is that they should not visit that dealer unless they want to buy vehicles with problems that hide the problems and then they are not responsible to solve it, besides that Mr. Oerti Stermilli is a fraudulent and swindler who must pay for what He does and also his behavior showed traits of discrimination towards us and he himself does not seem to be an American if not an Albanian by his name and his features. A tip for anyone who wants a vehicle that they do not buy in that dealer because it is not worth it for the lack of professionalism and for being fraudulent that they do not give the proper documentation and even allow them to leave the dealer with badges without registration and without the title .

Excellent experience. The cars are very clean and smell good. The way a car smells to me is very important because I don't want my 2 year old breathing in stale cigarette smoke or pet dander from peoples pets. I was trying to decide between 2 different cars. Took them both to have them inspected. They both passed inspection with only one of them needing an alignment. Ori had the alignment done right away, and my purchase was smoothe sailing! Jennifer did the paperwork and the guys washed the car for me and put gas in it. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received and the vehicle that I purchased. I will definitely recommend anyone I know looking for a car to go to K & O. You guys are awesome!
