Dear Ellen Jones & JWB Rental Homes
I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to you for the pleasant stay I've had in the house I rented from you.

It has been a great three years, and it is so sad to have to leave. You have been the best property manager and company from the way you fondly treated my family’s needs and shortcomings. You always made sure to respond promptly and professionally to problems at the house and any concerns and provided the best services. We were very comfortable, and we can't thank you enough. We rarely had any issues with the home and that’s rare to come by these days.

I also want to address my rental history with you all. It’s quite shameful and I’m not proud of it at all. These past three years of my life has been a rough one for me. I’ve had sick family members I’ve had to care for, a death in my family all while trying to juggle life’s expenses as a single mother. I’m not saying this for sympathy I’m simply saying this because you guys helped me while on this journey. You all were right by my side the whole entire time. Banks took cars from me, JEA turned my lights off a few times, furniture companies confiscated my furniture but JWB stuck with me and I will forever appreciate and be thankful for Ellen and Brittney for helping me and understanding my struggles. I love you guys and you have my permission to share this with whomever you’d like. Hopefully, your managers, leads, and CEO can read this and know that JWB Property Management values their residents 100% because other companies alike does not go the extra mile. Me and my 12 year old daughter just want to say Thank You from the bottom of our hearts!!
