My experience was fantastic!! Patrick was absolutely great from his first smile when I drove up until the moment I drove off as a happy new customer. Patrick worked at finding the code from my YP Coupon and also found that my tag light was out. The staff completed my oil change & replaced my tag light with lightening speed. The Jiffy Lube team at this San Jose & Loretta Road store saved me money, a tag light out ticket, time and provided the best customer service I have received in a very long time Thank you Jiffy Lube Team at San Jose & Loretta!!!
