Provided by YP.comThe JEA is has one of the highest rates in the country for electricity, water, and sewer charges. They charge even more than New Jersey! They are just another bloated regulatory body that needs to go by the wayside, IMO. People are made poor in Duval County because of the high cost of water and electric. Their employees should take a 20% pay cut so the people can breathe again.
