Always avoid the Pull a part on Normandy Blvd. They are dishonest,(aka LIE to you), wont assist you at all, prices have gone stupid, and there selection is crap. MOST OF ALL, there claim money back guarantee, but you DONT GET BACK the Enviromental fee, even tho they will tell you that you do. 9.00 dollar fee they keep. Im betting they wont be around much longer.

I have a 1992 Honda Accord that my Child drives. It was recently involved in an auto accident. I didn't know where to turn. My neighbor told me about U-Pull-It,10950 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221.

My initial experience was great, Courteous help, and an orderly facility. I was impressed. My neighbor and I spent 3 hours locating the parts to repair the 1992 Honda Accord. I was walking towards checkout with a White Hood, two Mirrors, a bumper brace for the hood.

We were looking for our last item, a radiator. My neighbor walked away from the wheelbarrel filled with parts and tools and I proceeded to step on a car, so I could get a better view. I was quickly screamed at by an older man who was employed at the Normandy U-Pull-It.

He screamed at me saying I was STUPID, an IDIOT, and acting like a 3 YEAR OLD, and to "leave right away". I apologized for stepping on the car, advising we are leaving and want to purchase an entire wheelbarrel full of parts. The older white haired employee screamed some more saying "leave right away, because we were STUPID, DUMB A##'s for stepping on a car}.

I have never been spoken to by a person like that before and this experience has been the worst experience I have ever been through at a U-Pull-It.

I have been to U-Pull-It's throughout Memphis, TN, over the last 4 years, and this is the first and only time I will go to U-Pull-It on Normandy Road, in Jacksonville, Florida.

An Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, angry employee work there. I don't know any other business that allows their staff to calls their customers STUPID, and IDIOTS and 3 YEAR OLDS.

Don't go here, unless you want to get yelled at.

Not bad at all

Not a bad place to get used parts. Entrance fee is acceptable. Staff is nice. Almost always have the parts i'm looking for.

If not just check back in a few days and it's probably there. Prices are very reasonable. The only problem was the misprinted phone number.
