To stay away from this place at all costs. I am a client there. I cannot say or I should say warn you strongly enough. At a cost of $14.00 @ day for about 5 cents worth of methadone I get to wait aprox. an hour EVERY SINGLE DAY TO GET MY MEDICATION.At first the EXCUSE was their software system "CRASHED", but after three weeks of lines outside , (yes outside now)in the heat without letting their captive clients go inside , they are /we are herded like cattle without the common decentcy of being treated as appreciated PAYING CUSTOMERS (,EXTREMELY OVERPAYING) and being treated like garbage. The only thing we are to Colonial Management Group is $14.00 a day robots who cannot choose not to come because we are addicted to their methadone and would become very ill. Most of us have jobs , and Colonial Management only cares that we bring the requisite $14.00 and if being stuck at the clinic for over an hour you are late to work , they could not care less. What it would cost to upgrade computer system has to be minimal seeing that with over 1200 "clients" at $14.00 , well you do the math.$16,800 A DAY!!! $117,600 A WEEK !!!!$470,400 A MONTH!!! Actually it is quite a bit more because 1200 clients is concervative as it is closer to 1500. These people RAKE MONEY IN FROM OUR DISEASE!!! Half a million a month and we cannot be treated with a modicome of decentcy is , or ought to be a crime. There was an inspection this past week from CARF OR CARP or what ever the governing body is that oversees these clinics. It was the very first day that soap and paper towels were ever in the bathrooms and are again absent.
