Furniture Mart has unique furniture. I needed an entryway rug that would survive the actual use. My sales person, Danielle, was patient and helped me with the selection and size. I love Furniture Mart....I'll be back!!

Blair Dorsey does an excellent job. She has been our consultant at Jacksonville Furniture Mart for all of our purchases. We are impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and friendly demeanor.

I called on a Saturday and all associates were with customers. I told the person that answered the phone that I wanted to get prices on several pieces of furniture. Mary Pat Collins returned my call promptly. She had already looked up the pieces I was interested in, checked the showroom to see if they had them on display, and had all the prices. She gave me the quote, answered all my questions, and set up an appointment. When I arrived at the appointment Mary Pat was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered a few more questions for me. She then wrote up the invoice, I signed and we were done. Furniture should arrive in 8-10 weeks. I will update my review then.Very pleasant doing busy with her and furniture Mart.

I had been looking for a couch for weeks. Frustrated, I stumbled upon this place and found exactly what I wanted. They were able to deliver it within a week (I wanted what was on display). Lauren was very friendly, helpful, and patient. This place is a gem.

Competent and knowledgeable staff, good selection of merchandise. Searched seven other furniture stores before returning here.

The showroom is beautiful with many choices, which are frequently updated. I loved working with the designer Lauren, who patiently walked us through the process for designing the right furniture for our space. She offered a wholistic view of our home space and offered solutions for completing the space with accessories, rugs, and window treatments. She listened to our concerns and our design goals, and created a home I love coming home to!!!

We have always enjoyed our shopping experience, although we haven't used the same design consultant every time we purchase something everyone seems to treat us like family. The staff is very knowledgeable about what would look best and gives us good ideas to think about before purchase. I have saved money in the past bc they brought up options that work both for our place and our wallet. It's worth your time to check them out.

I purchase well over 10 k from this store and was treated like the trash. The owners in my opinion doesn't care about there customers and when there sales people make a mistake they will attack you and come at you like viper. I spoke directly with the owners son who says he speaks for the owner and boy did he speak!!! He was rude, arrogant and could less about any customer service. It seems that everyone in the office is scared to speak up for what's right being afraid of losing there jobs. I also think they are very prejudice as well... I will never purchase anything from here again nor will any one I know.... If you want to learn the hard way go buy some of this so called high- end furniture and you will see how they treat you like trash. My five year only niece claim on a 300 bar stool land it broke the second day I got it!!!! Save your money or go to another retailer who will treat you like a customer..

This showroom is FULL, packed with the coolest furniture. High-end, nice quality furniture. The designers will come to your homeand they are very helpful. I like that it is a local family owned business. Not like a big box store in any way. Its a different kind of furniture store. In a good way. I would recommend furniture mart to my friends.

We went into the Southside/Atlantic store to pick out some dinning room chairs, and was very pleased with the service & attention the staff gave us. We will be back and will tell our friends about Furniture Mart for QUALITY furniture & service!

I had a pleasant shopping experience, I found the large selection of furniture great, and found the sales staff knowledgeable, and received my furniture in good condition. The delivery was on time and used white gloves to deliver my furniture, customer service was very helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.
