Service was great the movers did a better job than I expected after I read some of there reviews it was very questionable, when It came down to picking this company to do my move. But they did a great job the customer service was great also. The packers arrived about 2 hours before the movers and completely packed my whole house. I also used there storage service to store my pool table and the price was very reasonable. The moved me locally in Jacksonville and only charge 1/3 of what other moving companies was asking for I was very impressed with the service but the most important thing I loved about this move was the affordability. I would recommend Jacksonville Elite Movers to anyone moving locally in Jacksonville Florida.

Our family has used Jacksonville Elite Movers four times in the last 6 months. They are always on time, polite and very efficient. The trucks and the men look very professional and they move quickly about their work. If there are questions, they take the initiative to find the correct answers and solve the problem. Luckily, in each of our cases, they were able to come the same day and solved problems for us by coming so quickly. I will and have highly recommended Jacksonville Elite Movers.

I had a very good experience with Jacksonville Elite Movers! In addition to being very nice young men, they were very careful with my belongings. They worked non-stop until the job was done. I even bought them lunch during the unloading into my new home and they waited until they were finished to take their food. It was cold by this time but they didn't care. They were just grateful to have something to eat after a long day of work. I would highly recommend this company!Thanks, guys! 🙂

This may be the best moving company I have ever had the pleasure to move with the customer service is excellent employees work fast and quick with no breaks my move was completed within two hours and all I had to pay was $179.99

Jacksonville Elite Movers were absolutely wonderful if I need to move again will definitely use them. The ladies in the office were so nice, very understanding and explained everything. The gentleman who arrived to complete the move were 100% professional and on time! Jacksonville Elite Movers went above and beyond our expectations and I absolutely recommended them.

I was very satisfied with my service, except the movers were a couple hours late due to another job taking longer. They did call and let me know, however the scheduling team should have realized earlier on and corrected. I was only in town for a short period of time and was on a very tight timeline. The movers worked hard and quickly to make up time, however the schedulers should have allowed for more time for them. I also would have expected at least a small discount since my move was so late and out of the scheduled window time.

Tony and Adrian were very friendly and efficient. They worked well as a team moving a large amount of furnishings and miscellaneous items. It was an unseasonably hot October day in FL. On the back end of the move, the moving supervisor.

Now I usually don't write reviews for any company but my move with Jacksonville Elite was fantastic those guys really move quick and they completed my 3 bedroom house move in about 5 hours and trust me when I say I have alot of stuff and it cost me under three hundred and fifty dollars can you believe that every other moving company I called before them wanted a minimal of the total cost that they charged me wow...Great service guys thanks again
