Exceptional quality care and best prices- the care is far superior to any other one here, and we tried many! Our dogs luv their docs and staff- we drive over 30 mins and would drive more to get this level of care!

My friend called me @ work, her ferret, (basically her whole life), was lithargic & dozy. Her worst fear was that "Nickki' might die of unknown causes yet wasn't sick before now. She decided to drive to a vet @ Jax. beach although she lives on the westside of jax. I gave her the Verna vets' phone & said she should call them. Although this vet doesn't see ferrets, she said she would give her a chance. The vet diagnosed 'Nikki" with diabetes & gave her meds to bring her back to her usual self. The vet bill was minimal.

The vet also gave my friend a dr.referral & some info to help with the diagnosis. This vet is a true animal rescue veternarian. I would reccomend this office for vet care of your beloved pet.

Just want to warn everyone out there not to take your pets to the vet clinic on Lenox ave(Jacksonville community pet clinic) . My finance had the worst experience any one who has to have there pet euthanized should have to go through! My little Winston had a terrible accident that caused a broken hip and internal injuries he was rushed to this so called clinic, suffering, they took him and were very rude, they then said he had to be put down. Would not let my fiance back to be with him then afterwards handed him to him in a trash bag like he was a piece of trash! Then when he told them he didn't have the total amount due they wouldn't let him do a payment plan and one of the employees said "it figures" thinking he couldn't hear her and told him he couldn't leave without paying it all up front, It was so awful ! Who do I complain to?

Very caring people. These people truly love animals. They have treated my dogs like family since day one. Extremely affordable. I also brought a stray kitten in that tested positive for Feline Leukemia and was going to have it put down. They asked me not to and 6 months later we had it retested as advised. The cat outgrew it, tested negative and is a beautiful, healthy addition to our family! Dr. Farrin is amazing!

Everyone has been wonderful with our two dogs. They're very affordable and attentive.
