I am giving them 2 stars because the salesman was actually pleasant to speak with. I purchased a 2004 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer model,from them in June,2013 from an ad they had on the auction site ,Ebay. Seeing as I was 400 miles from the Dealership ,I purchased ,without inspecting in person .When the vehichle arrived at my residence I discovered that the windshield was destroyed.Not cracked or chipped,but totally scraped from bad wipers,and it was instantly apparent that it needed replacing ,as you can barely see through it. I feel they were being deceitful.
