My son has been doing personal training at JAG for 3 months. Within that time, his conditioning level has increased rapidly. People are noticing the weight he has lossed during this time. Troy is a great trainer for helping my son with his speed and agility.

JAG is a wonderful place for the competitive gymnast. Amanda Montgomery is a wonderful coach and has created a positive atmosphere for her team to succeed! The girls train hard but enjoy the unique drills and conditioning that is geared to help them compete at the top of their level. We are so happy to have a positive place to train in Jacksonville!

It is so nice to find a gym with a low student/teacher ratio. My child is with kids her own age and her brother loves his Iron Man conditioning class--boys only and not gymnastics only.
