I have worked with J. David Tax Law twice over the past few years and each time very pleased with the work, client care and overall outcome. The first was an IRS audit - they were prepared, worked hard, kept me in the loop 100% of the time. The second was filing an offer in compromise and completion of a past due return. I have no complaints and will use this firm services again should the need arise. They are all you could help when dealing with tax debt.

I had a car lot with my boyfriend and we didn't know anything about paying sales taxes. Fast forward two years and I start getting notices from the State Department of Revenue but honestly, I didn't know how to handle it. A few months ago, I am now 7 months pregnant, and the Sheriff's Office comes to the door with a warrant for my arrest for not paying sales tax. He gave me 24 hours to turn myself in. I searched and called the first name I saw, J. David Tax Law. I'm glad I did. They were able to get the Revenue Department to drop the charges. My attorney went to court with me and we had the entire matter resolved in a month. I am so thankful for the help this firm provided me in a time of dire need. I had a large balance due from prior years to both the IRS and the State and called J. David Tax Law for advice. Bryan listened and asked detailed questions about my tax liability and payment history. He offered lots of good information on how the IRS and State treats my scenario and what regulations would be applicable. Bryan was very positive and constructive in his comments and very balanced in his consideration of the approach that should be used. I did not feel like that he was telling me just what I wanted to hear. After this thorough review of my case, we both agreed that it would be best to have them get a collection hold in place to stop the IRS and State actions. I should also mention that I have talked and met with several other companies that were not tax attorneys to seek guidance with my tax issues. Did not like them. After speaking with Bryan, I finally had a good level of confidence in the "rules of the game" and fully understood my options with both tax agencies. I would happily hire J. I hesitate in writing this because I don't think anyone would believe it... Start to finish this firm closed out my case with the IRS in 24 days. Twenty-four. And I ended up owing nothing. I'd been trying to get this sorted out for seven months and couldn't get anywhere. When I spoke to him for the consult he said he thought it would take less than a month and I didn't really believe it myself. The reason I went with J David was because of the tons of positive reviews on a half dozen reputable sources. On a recommendation, I called this firm and I spoke directly to an attorney, who knew his stuff. Super impressed!

When I found out after calculating my taxes in January that owed over $40,000 to the IRS from receiving funds from my recent retirement I was crushed. We didn't have it to pay. I must say before I contacted J.David Tax Law I had no clue on how to deal with the threats of the IRS I just knew they would garnish me and hang me out to dry with out a care in the world and I must say if it wasn’t for J. As most people can imagine, being audited by the IRS is overwhelming to say the least let alone finding out that you owe a substantial sum of money. I sought help from a bankruptcy attorney after my audit who just wanted me to file for bankruptcy to delay the tax issues. Bankruptcy wouldn't even stop the interest from accruing with the IRS. I would have owed a fortune by the time the bankruptcy was over. Fortunately a friend recommended J. David Tax Law to me and not only did I not have to file for bankruptcy, he has been working diligently with me and the IRS to resolve my tax issues. It was like a thousand pound weight was lifted off my shoulders. This firm is so responsive- they answered all my questions and returned my calls promptly. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and I owe that to J. David Tax Law and all their hard work.

I love J David tax law and my attorney there. He took so good care of me and my husband. My husband was excited about what he did for us, and I was excited about it. We had 2 tax levies against us, they took care of it, they're gone. We are now in the process of purchasing our first home. Don't think about it, don't wait if you want your taxes taken care of, if you're having an issue with the IRS please go to these guys. I'm telling you what I know not what I heard. I actually stood there with them and watched as they did everything for us, and when I said stood there, I mean mentally because I was able to talk to them anytime I wanted too, and they did what they said they were going to do. They took good care of us, they made no false promises Do it, don't wait until tomorrow, or next week, do it and get over all that worry like we had.

This firm handled both my personal and business tax issues in an effective and professional manner. I owed a lot from a 401k distribution and a failed business. I'm ex-military and like things to be efficient. I tracked every interaction with the firm and we were in touch 47 times over the course of a few months. I have a business that fell behind on 941 Payroll taxes when my husband was ill. I knew nothing about it but one day a revenue office showed up saying he was going to shut the business down. Had a debt with IRS for some time that I never dealt with. A few weeks ago they took $422 out of my paycheck and got my attention.
