Been going to ideal image over 10 years ...excellent service and highly recommend. I go for upper lip and appreciate the service as before I was extremely uncomfortable without make up

It's a rip off, Ideal Image promises hair removal, but they don't tell you that if the hair isn't gone in the amount of treatments you have in your package, you have to pay for additional treatments. $6000 down the drain, and I still have hair in the treated areas.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!!

You end up going through a lot of pain for noithing at all!!

THEY ARE THIEVES trying to "WORK" with you, but all they do is waist time, entretain you for an end up result of NOTHING!

Then the ORANGE PARK CENTER MANAGER wont do a thing to help with the situation.

I've had really good results with Ideal Image. I was pretty surprised to see the bad reviews below when I was looking for their phone number to schedule my next appointment. I'm not in their shoes of course, but I have recommended Ideal Image to a lot of my friends and they've been extremely impressed as well.

I went in for a laser consultation hoping to have some blonde hair removed. I was told upfront that they it wouldn't work on thin light hair. No problem, that is when they should have let me leave. Instead the sales woman proceeded to tell me about other flaws that i could take care of and sat there making offensive comments effectively making me self conscious just so that she could pitch me on other items.

I am a sales rep so I know clear as day when I'm being sold. They don't care about you or your image of yourself, they just care about quota.
