First thing that hits you when you walk into the store is a horrendous smell. Walking around the store none of the animals had lights on and the vast majority did not have water. Many of the animals showed severe signs of dehydration and were very skinny and the cages were covered in feces. I have no idea how this establishment remains in business with such mistreatment of the animals.

Been buying feeders from here for years. Never had a minutes problem. They are the only one that has stuck around. It smells funny but so did my garage when I bred rats!

I don't understand how they are in business! Most of the reptile cages had feces in them. I found this store disgusting with the animals not well taken care of.

Not very smart when it comes to product that reptiles eat. Store is dirty and smells bad. They go to Repticon and can't answer simple questions. Not sure how they stay in business

I bought a feeder at this place due to blazin reptiles closing. And so far not impressed. Saw a dead baby bearded dragon in a container. Some animals in plastic containers way to small to be anything other than for travel. I'll drive elsewhere before going back. The tanks need lighting and cleaned. Don't keep the animals there if you don't have the mean power to maintain them.

This place is the best around. Very cool things to see and learn. They have a very wide selection of snakes, lizards, and other cool reptiles. Something for everyone from the kid just getting into reptiles to the hardcore jumbo snake and alligator lovers. The staff are very cool and will let you just about hold anything you want. Most of the knowledge I have about reptiles is because of the staff over the years. I would also recommend this place to people who would be into "out of the norm" kind of pets this place has small mammals and other exotic's. For all your reptile food and fun this is a must see.
