Had a very good experience. My window started to fall out of its' frame and Homerite tech fixed it quickly and affordable. The wait was few days and ball park pricing up front.



Very happy with Homerite and highly recommend them.

Based on their online reviews I had high hopes for this company, but they broke the cardinal rule and wasted my time! I called to find out if they could get a custom window in a specific size and they told me they could and would only need a 2 week turn around. This short turn around time is what convinced me to pay their office a visit to place my order. I even called a second time to make sure they would have a sales person available. I was told to speak with Gates. I arrived at their office and was directed to Gate's office. After waiting for him to make a few calls he then explained that in fact they could not get our custom window manufactured in the size we needed. He then advised that he couldn't believe that anyone could build a window 24" high by 21" wide when this is exactly what I advised by phone prior to driving all the way over to their office! He then said that we should go back to Lowes where they could order the window, though with a 4-5 week turn around. No apology for wasting my time and a very non-chalant attitude. In any customer service/sales position I've ever had I did everything I could to make the most of a bad situation and would have offered other suggestions to save potential future business as we have to replace all our windows and doors. Please don't waste your time with a company who doesn't care about your business and does not value your time!!!
