Only been there twice so I'm still in honeymoon stage with the chicken. It is so good and fresh. I do think they need to train their workers to clean when things are slow. I used the drive-thru last night and the window and pass-thru was so nasty I almost drove off. Also all the windows need to be cleaned. I'll go in next time and keep my eye on Drive-thru to see if they clean it. A LITTLE WINDEX WOULD GO A LONG WAY

Great food but poor customer service

The building is in good shape. They have an old style drive-thru. It is on the other side of the building. They have all kinds of food which are decendly priced. They do need more sides that come with their food. Like mashed potatoes and stuff like that. Inside the building there are 3 televisions with places to sit and enjoy yourself while you eat. They have the internet service for people that what to bring a lil bit of work to lunch with them. The service is friendly durning the day. To be honest, I have not been there at night or during the weekend. The biggest problem that I have found for the business is that they run out of all the good food before the week is up. When I go in there at the first part of the week they have all kinds of stuff and by the end of the week they will be out of the Talipia, Trout, Gizzards, and that famous Cole Slaw. Man that stuff is good. They only give you a lil bit of it though. That is when they remember to give it to you. I have noticed that it is kept in a cooler and the food is served hot so the girls forget to give it out, so WHEN you go be sure to ask for it when you get your food. Another strange thing is that the napkins are kept on the tables, they never seem to have any there where you can just grap some are you get your food to go. All in all everything is good. It just needs someone to get in there and get the minor things together. I will be returning tomar. I know it will be a good experience again.
