Heth is the worst place in jax you could hire. Just don't. (LOL good job Heth on having your employees that you pay write reviews) They had been looking over our property for 4+ years while we were stationed in NY be we are a military family. Not only in those 4 years with the different tenants and inspections did they fail to tell us a window was leaking (steady stream leaking) so there was plenty of visual proof but they are impossible to ever get information out of. It got to the point where I would email and call them every single day just to annoy them enough to get information out of them. They actually charged our tenants almost $100 to fix a patch (5x7) in the wall that was previously there, but the tenants didn't have proof to fight Heths accusations of damaging the wall. (It wasn't even damage it was "not textured" to match the wall and they charged the tenants $100 and told us it was damage before we saw the property and could say different)
They had to "fix" our window locks I wish I could post a photo of the bent lock they installed because it completely describes what a joke this place it. Half of our windows were either glued shut or have locks that don't actually lock WHATS THE POINT. GOOD JOB Wanda Franklin. You suck. Do yourself a favor and don't hire Wanda, don't hire Heth!

I signed a one year lease with...

I signed a one year lease with Heth. Three months after moving out, I received a phone call telling me that my rent was a month overdue. I told them that I didn't know what they were talking about because I had moved out at the end of my lease and had not lived there for three months. The woman on the phone's response was "Well who's living there now?" to which I replied, "I don't know. I moved out at the end of my lease. I assume you had someone else sign a new lease..." I called them back the next week to make sure that everything had been taken care of, and was led to believe that it had been sorted out. Now, FOUR YEARS after the fact, despite NEVER receiving any further contact from them, I have received a notice from a collections agency for $1489. I don't have any idea what this is supposed to be for, but I assume it has something to do with them continuing to claim this apartment in my name. Clearly, they are totally inept at keeping track of who is even living in their units, making sure that they get tenants to sign leases and following up with leases that end and making sure that they get a new lease. But rather than taking control of the situation once they were made aware of the fact that they had screwed up, they are trying to pin their own mistake on a former tenant. They are horrible at communicating with tenants. We did not have a working AC unit for my entire year living there (despite the fact that we informed them on our initial walk through that it was broken), and when other repairs and issues came up we almost always had to inform them at least two or three times before someone would come out to fix things.
