Like the other person said I wouldn't send my dog here. My husband was there for 5 days and he was never served a meal that was even close to hospital quality(which isn't setting the bar high at all). He is not a picky eater at all and the food was literally not edible. Not one meal was edible. He was given a fish sandwich one night and the fish was still frozen! The buns on the sandwiches were not even day old bread more like week old bread. Like I said he was in the hospital for 3 weeks and so I know what to expect but I had to go out to get him his meals. As for the nurses they did the best they could. The are stretched so thin it is impossible to give good service. But they were all kind and very apologetic. The CNAs were the same way. They were always there to help. The physical therapists were great. The case managers who arrange for what you need when you get home were horrible. It took 3 days after we got home to get just oxygen and still don't have his walker. Disgusting

I wouldnt send my dogs to this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like to think val for all her help(she has a heart and cares)

This Rehabilitation Center could be better, the nurses during the day are really good, and the staff at night is not that good with the exception of some nurses, luckily you get a good nurse. Don't waste your time pushing the button for help at night because no one will show up to help you. The therapist staffs are excellent and take good care of their patients. If you set your mind that you are there for rehabilitation and that at night the service is not going to be good, you might have a great time at Heartland.
