I have been a client for sometime now and I would highly recommend this salon. They are very professional, very knowledgeable in hair care, styling and the atmosphere is also great. I am very surprised at that above review as I have never had a problem. It must have just have been a bad day and to that I say everyone is entitled to having one, if the person above decides not to return it is there loss but I hope you reconsider. That being said I give a high rating based on my experience it is deserved, I always leave satisfied.

I have been searching for a stylist for my 10 year old for 5 years. We've tried several but never one we went back to twice. Most were too rushed to deal with her long thick hair & hurt her very tender scalp. Paula at Hair Formations was very patient & professional treatig her with as much courtesy as others reserved for their adult clients. Not only did we go back agin but, my daughter actually looks forward to her visits to the salon.

January 2009 ************** It was my first time at this salon, a friend of mine told about this salon and I did like the cut she wear. So I ask her did she every have a problem with them over booking appointment, she stated no and that she never had to wait. So I call them and made an appointment for the following Friday, well I got a message on my phone asking me can I come in on that Saturday at 12noon. I call to confirm and she then ask me can I come in an a little earlier. So when Saturday came I arrive at 11, she ask me was I here for (Blank), I stated yes she said that (blank) will be with. So I set down an waited , waited and waited. Around 1 o'clock (blank) comes to me said that they are sorry but could I come back in an hour to 45 mins. Because they were suppose to have help that day but that person did not show. My point is this, they knew that prior to me getting their and it would have been nice if once I arrive that they would have express that to me, I would have understood at that point. As of today no one from that salon every call me to apologize.
