Don't order short loads, they charged a $320 "short load" fee (plus a $50 fuel surcharge). $586 for 1.5 yds. Called Mgr who lied to me claiming they didn't make any money on this job. Really? $320 for not delivering anything? Plus an hour late.
Never again.

Too easy! These guys make concrete easy. Short loads no problem and no excessive fees.
