Took shotgun there for repairs, they screwed it up and when I asked to talk to the gunsmith or the owner, one person came and told me he was one of the owners and shouted for me to get my stuff and get out of his store. I have bought guns there in the past because they were close and against others friends who told me not to buy there. I recommend you check out another vendor and never to try to use their "gunsmith". VERY POOR SERVICE

The customer service at Green Acres is POOR! I think they have forgotten what started that company in the 70's and the customer satisfaction standards they used to build that business. “ GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE”. I purchased a pink 380 2 weeks before Christmas 2014. They ordered it on the phone as I stood there, so I was told I had to wait a week for my gun to come in. No problem!

2 weeks later Johnny called me to tell me the gun company sent the wrong gun still NO PROBLEM. 2 weeks had passed I heard nothing, I called to follow up on my order. Johnny told me he had not found another one yet and he would call me when he heard anything. Another week passed and I went to the store to follow up on my order. My husband asked the older gentleman that was seating on a chair at the register if he had found my gun, the gentleman’s response was “ I wasn’t looking for a gun Johnny was" and he remained seated on his chair”! Once again your customer service is beyond poor! Johnny gave us the same answer he had not found another pink 380 yet.

2 weeks later I called and Johnny gave me the same answer. On 1/14/15 I went to Green Acers and asked for a refund for the 380 I NEVER received! Johnny would not speak to me and had another associate give me a refund but told him to charge me a $10 fee for the back ground check! That blows my mind. I paid for my gun over a month ago due to their mistake and they still charged me a $10 fee but I was not able to use the background approval code anywhere else but there. Green Acers you will never get my business again and I will let everyone I know how poor your customer service and satisfaction is. Please update the last sentence on your web page under the about us information. “The company prides itself on customer satisfaction, serving clients in Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas” THAT STATEMENT IS NOT TRUE!

The best sporting store in jacksonville,fl.nice variety of guns and ammunition.the staff is real friendly.the place I go to and I live in starke fl 40 plus miles away.all around a very nice store.

I WAS ON VACATION AND FOUND THIS PLACE AND ALL I CAN SAY IS YOU MUST STOP BY AND CHECK THEM OUT GREAT PEOPLE AND GOOD PRICES I BOUGHT A FEW THINGS AND VERY HAPY WHITH WHAT I GOT . THANKS TO ALL EMPLOYEES
