This was my first time to the Dentist in over ten years. I was very nervous. The front staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The assistant that took me back for xrays; I think her name was Luci, was very friendly. When the Dr came into the room, he also made me feel at ease with his jokes and laughter. He spent extra time with me explaining in detail what was going on with my mouth. After the exam was completed. The office Manager; Tanya, went over all the work needed and the fee's my insurance was expected to pay and what I was expected to pay. She gave me all the financing options to help me get more treatment done. She is very knowledgeable on the services needed and also insurance. Also, a very pleasant person. After coming here, I felt kind of dumb for waiting so long to go back to the Dentist. The entire staff really made me feel great. I have already scheduled to come back and I will tell my friends and family too.
