Wow what an experiance.



I loved Wild Wings Cafe and so when I saw they delievered from there I was pretty excited. Get some delicious wings and get to stay at home with my friends and watch some movies.



So I placed my order. When ordering I was told it would be delivered by 5:45. By 6:15 when they were not there I called and asked what the hold up was. They said their guy was pulling into my appartment complex then and that the food would still be hot and fresh, there had just been traffic on his way to the resturant.



He arrived at 6:30ish. I paid him and tipped him and accepted my two wam soda's and bag of food.



The soda's should have tipped me off. The Potato skins and Wings I ordered were cold. Well, room temprature anyway. I had just paid almost $30 bucks when you include the tip and delivery charge for food I did not want to eat.



I called Gowaiter Jacksonville immediatly and was basially told that because of traffic there was nothing they could do. He offered me $15 off my next order. I feel he should have given me my money back.



Over all it was an expensive lesson that taught me this service is horrible. Next time if I want hot delicious wings from Wild Wings Cafe I will order carry out and pick it up myself.
