I rent from this company at least once a year and have never had a bad experience. Nick and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. I have even received a free upgrade before because the item I originally ordered was not ready when it was time for pickup. And the prices are amazing.

I have rented multiple times from this place over the years, the prices are great and they go above and beyond to accomidate you in every step. We couldn't figure out what slide we wanted and they came out and spent an hour helping us pick the right one for 1 of our 5 kids. I just rented another time for my twins birthday. People in haste will write a negative review in spite and not in clear judgement. I couldn't recommend this place any higher than I do now! Great job guys

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...My friend rented from them today and not only did they charge her 600 dollars they gave her a peice of crap slide that wouldn't even blow up it was horrible... And wanted to charge her 150 extra for set up.. this place a joke they say non profit organization my butt.. Illegal is what they are.. A big thsnks to sophia bounce house to jaime and howard they came to the rescue once again.. If you need a waterslide call them up trust me it will be worth it.

do not waste your time they got really poor customer service number one and they have no problem ruining the child's birthday sending out wrong units not being honorable they are terrible business people and should be ashamed of yourself I don't know what kind of church / business that they're running its not a good one

These people operate under the guise of a not for profit church, the pastor runs it like he's King Henry the 8th, and treats his staff like garbage. Their offices are cramped, smell like mold, and have people actually living in them. Their real name is North Main Street Baptist Church, but somehow they are able to maintain their tax exempt facade by renting out the chapel to Potters House Ministry. Therefore, they make money from leasing the chapel, and running the bouncy house rental business, which should be illegal. All I'm saying, is Jesus would be extremely disappointed with their unethical behavior, and abuse of everything Jesus Christ stands for.

We have rented 2 water slides, a bouncy house, and an obstacle course from Go Inflatables over the past 4-5 yrs, and have always found them to have great service & excellent prices. Their prices are unbeatable! We have had them deliver and we've also picked up ourselves to save on the delivery fee. When you pick up yourself on a weekend, they let you keep it an extra day & return on Monday, which really makes it a great deal. I have always paid over the phone with my credit card and have not had any problems. When I call, I sometimes get a recording, but they have always returned my call the same day or sometimes within the hour. I like the fact that this is a non-profit organization and that the rental fees go towards helping inner city youth. I have recommended this company to friends and will continue to do so.

Please, please stay far away from this company. They were at a local festival in our town, and one of their bounce houses collapsed on my 1 1/2 year old daughter. The air had shut off and it instantly was deflating on my baby.They had no emergency plan as their bounce house was on the verge of suffocating my daughter. There was no way for my husband or I to get into the unit, the roof/sides that had fallen were too heavy and blocking the entrance.Thank God for a few big men and my husband to be able to hold up the very heavy corner where my daugther was so she could breathe. My husband yelled for someone to get a knife and he cut the netting to get to her. Never received an apology, but instead the man tried to yell at my husband for cutting his bounce house! He's lucky the only thig harmed was his bounce house! I don't want this terrible nightmare to ever happen to anyone else!

I wish you could pick 0 star rating. Beware of this place they are very rude and have terrible customer service and will try and rip you off. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I spoke with the lady there and was trying to find out which bouncers they had available and she got my debit card info and then said she would have to call me back. I had to call her the next day b/c i hadn't heard from her and they didn't have what i wanted in stock and she said she already has my card info and was going to charge me for a bouncy i did not want and i had to call my bank and cancel my debit card over it. So just beware they are devious.
