THEY ARE AWFUL))))))))THEY CAN NOT KEEP UP RECORDS OF PAYMENTS IN FRONT OFFICE************

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. After living there for 3 years and always paying my rent on time they claimed not to have received my final payment for clean up. I sent the check in and called the office to let them know it was on the way. The check cleared last November. Somehow they closed the books for the year with a large some of money just floating around and unaccounted for because this July I received a letter from a debt collector claiming that I had never made the payment. I understand that people make mistakes, but not once did the complex try to contact me regarding this matter. When I contacted the office to explain that this had been paid 8 months ago there was no apology and the receptionist was extremely rude. She told me that it was not her mistake and not her problem.



Also, I had 3 roof leaks while I lived in the complex. They would come and halfway patch it up leaving the ceiling looking awful. The pool had black mold everywhere.
