The new owner must really care because they're pumping money into this place, and the people in the office are genuinly nice. And for the price, you can't beat it. It's close to downtown, so it's centrally/conveniently located. All in all, I give it a 5 star!!

I have not lived in these apartments, so this review will be about the current property manager. Sheila Doyle is her name, and she is one of the most rude, impatient, and self-centered property managers that I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. If you call with a list of questions about the property and the terms and fees involved, she quickly gets irritated and starts getting terse with you, blaming it on the fact that there is only one person manning the office. She has used this tactic no less than three times with me to try to get me off of the phone because she is so impatient, and the last time she tried it, I had had enough. So I confronted her about the issue and she responded by hanging up on me. This is one of the rudest property managers I have ever had to deal with, and she should be fired because she has no business being in the property management business if she has such a short temper.

This building should be condemed. It is infested with mice and roaches. The stairways are breaking apart and each unit has mold and mildew in the bathrooms. Stray cats have made the hallways and laundry area their home. The roof needs repairing and the kitchen need new cabinets and an up to date stove. Drug addicts and prostitutes love this place. The landlord should be ashamed to rent these apartments to anyone.
