Katie (Kathleen) at Florida Deisgn Works on Philips Hwy in Jacksonville was outstanding in assisting me with my recent kitchen remodel. She listened carefully and showed me several different options with different prices. I really liked the white milas marble tiles to use for my backsplash but they were higher than my budget allowed. She was able to work closely with me and give me a discount so I was able to afford the lovely tile that I selected. I would highly recommend Katy and Florida Deisgn Works for anyone seeking a great quality tile/marble store with world class customer service!
