We live in Florida and early September is still very much in the throes of summer. So, you can imagine our distress and discomfort when our A/C died. We can’t say it was sudden, since our unit was 20+ years old. We bought this house 13 years ago this week and had been having issues with it the last few years. We had the inside capacitor replaced a month ago, a cord had gotten unplugged inadvertently by our lawn guy, my husband had replaced the outside capacitor, we had the outside unit fan replaced, and then finally we had a leak that caused all the refrigerant to leak out and that is how we ended up with a dead A/C. We called our usual company whose representative is wonderful, friendly, personable but his company is expensive. When he gave us the quote for a new A/C my jaw hit the floor. I looked for financing but could not get the exact amount we needed, so I posted on social media to find a second opinion. Enter Eric from Florida Cooling Store. He was highly recommended by a close and long-term friend, so I knew he was someone we could trust. First, I checked out his website and was surprised and impressed that the prices of air conditioners were posted right there! Eric came the very next day (on a Saturday!) looked, and then quoted a price for a new A/C. His price saved us $3000+ compared to the quote from our usual company! He arrived five minutes earlier than he said, set to immediate work, and had us up and running by 2 PM! We spent four sweaty nights trying to sleep without A/C. Eric was our hero! The unit is working perfectly, and my house feels so incredibly comfortable. Eric is efficient, affordable, personable, and professional. I think we have a new A/C guy, and I will recommend him to everyone we meet!

Business was terrible from day one...AC was installed 2/2015...called several times for damages that was done on the walls to be repaired...It was Sept. before it was completed.
Called the end of the year for someone to come out and look at the unit because it had started to run extremely loud, was told I had to pay almost &100.00 for a service charge.
The uniit is so loud it's hard to sleep at night, and it was suppose to be a quite one.
