This salon was recently purchased by a new couple. They do a wonderful job and pay close attention to detail.

They did take a little bit longer then I'm use to but i didnt mind because they did such a great job

I purchased 2 of the $13 for $26 Toward Your Choice of Spa Mani-Pedi from the Menu at FL Nails from daily deals; I didn’t realize they expired in 2 mo. most give 12 months to use from the date of purchase. We called FL Nails on Tuesday night and explained our situation and were told they would still honor the vouchers and given an appointment time of 6:30 last night (Wednesday). We went to the scheduled apt. we told the person who greeted us at the door that we had the vouchers and the we were told that they would still honor them last night (Tuesday evening) when we called she then told us they wouldn’t honor them and said that she didn’t know who worked the night before who would have told us that. I ask her to see who the apt setter was and she refused. Then she said they only told us to come so they could see the voucher in person (if that is the case then she had just admitted yes we did talk to someone because no one can’t talk on the phone) she then said she would talk to the Mgr. and get back to us, I said no call her now we have a scheduled apt ( my time and the waste of gas to get there is important to me) and would like to receive our services as promised she said no. I insisted she call the Mgr. and she put me on the phone to her at which point the person she called (the Mgr.) also said no. I informed them they would no longer be receiving any business from myself, my family or my friends and I would no longer be giving word of mouth referrals for their business as I am not about to just donate my hard earned money to FL Nails and receive nothing in return. So basically I just gave them 26 dollars which I could have used to receive the same service somewhere else. I’m not in the habit of giving money away and in these hard economic times, my guess no one is.

For $35 dollars I expected a better experience, even from a walk in salon. I asked for the "Deluxe Pedicure", and feel that I was short changed. My nails were not cut correctly, that is to say not straight across, which is not correctable until they grow out. The nail polish is bubbly and I will have to redo them myself. I will even have to redo my feet with a pumice stone as it was neglected.



I am overall disappointed and will not return to this salon.
