It is said that a picture speaks a 1,000 words and I could double that for the outstanding customer service received and the outstanding floor installation process!!!

First, Roy took his time explaining various product types and styles; he worked with me to select what was best given I have two (2) larger dogs. He allowed me to take a sample home to ensure I would be happy with my selection.

On the day of installation, Roy and his team consisting of Corey, G. Ryan and Robert arrived at 0828, two (2) minutes early!!! Quickly and efficiently like a well oiled machine they removed my old floor. Their systematic approach of installation was beyond anything I have seen before!!!

The end product was well beyond my expectations! The level of detail around my fireplace makes it look like the fireplace was installed AFTER the floor. The team truly worked together to create the perfect flooring for me.

There are not enough words to describe the utmost professionalism that was demonstrated from my first encounter with Roy to the team sweeping my floors when they were done.
