We use this training style, to maximize caloric expenditure while also increasing your metabolic rate. We provide personal or semi-personal training sessions. To our are personal training we provide heart monitors for all clients to ensure that their workouts are fine tuned to their fitness level. Our focus is to help build muscle tone to effectively raise your resting metabolic rate to keep you burn calories even why you are setting down at work. To accomplish this we use a wide variety of tools such as kettlebells, battling ropes, dumbbell, elliptical, boxing, squat machine, tractor tires and much much more. The trainers really work hard to keep their clients motivated and literally walk hand in hand with you throughout your fitness journey... They offer everything from goal achievement coaching to customized meal plans...Fit Camp trainers are the best personal trainers in town!

Professional trainer who's focus is not only on helping you to loose weight loose but also in lifting your spirits. I left the session feeling rejuvenated and not overworked. I was also given meal plans and juicing tips. The trainer is knowledgeable about the body and the physiological aspects of goal achievements.
