Fortunately, the people at First Option Mortgage were friendly, competent, and they cared about which type of mortgage was best for me, not what was best for their pocketbooks. They considered my financial situation, went over my short and long term goals, helped me decide between a fixed interest rate or an adjustable interest rate, and considered how long I expected to be in my home before advising me on my mortgage.
