These guys are a Total JOKE with no care for anyone's safety... They came and ripped down my neighbors fence this morning then came over knocking on my door refusing to put it back up with a hurricane coming tomorrow... Attempting to leave 8 foot fence panels laying around for the 70mph winds to blow everywhere... Then got pissed when I asked for their insurance and bond information so when I need to make a claim after the hurricane it'll be easier... They then went and put up the fence with 2 nails holding up an 8x8 panel... i'll be out in the rain suring up their shotty work to make sure my home is safe in the storm... DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS THEY COULD CARE LESS...

My wife and I just had Father and Sons install 150ft of fencing on June 24th 2016. The job was done in one afternoon and looks beautiful. We are so impressed. The fence was installed 2 days late but weather will always push jobs to the right so what can you do. It's Florida. The install crew didn't wear matching uniforms and were a little rough, but they were very polite and professional hard working young men. I highly recommend this small busy company to anyone looking for a great job with minor reasonable hiccups. Not to mention they were almost 50% cheaper than any other quote and we had several. So if you want the pretty crew with matching uniforms and big fancy trucks spend the extra thousands and go with the competitors. -Chase

I just had 2 of the 3 sides of my fence done by Father & Sons. The workers were courteous and made sure to ask me my preferences on all aspects of the installation. They hauled off the old fence, and left little to no clean up for me to do. I plan on having them come back next month to do the last part. I am very happy with the quality of the work, and the short time it took them to accomplish the job.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I hired these people. The quality of the fence itself is fine. The metal construction of the gate is fine. The installation of the gate is pitiful.

First they tried to install the gate blocking my back door. When that wasn't acceptable they did it over. Not square, not level, not plumb; not anything right. Talked with them several times about it and they finally just stopped answering me.

Didn't show up when they said they would, didn't do what they said they'd do... Just not at all impressive.

If you're foolish enough to hire this company whatever you do DON'T let the salesman (Rick) talk you into paying until you're satisfied! You'll never get the job done.

When I get the free time I'll finish their job and do it right.

I agree with wath you said- they kept telling me about all of their experience but you could not tell it from their customer service, not keeping appointments or calling to cancel.. They cashed my check immediately without providing service. When rick said he would give me my money back among his curses he was whistling in the wind- I will be contacting the BBB. Do Not Use This Company. They make the westside look bad

Contracted to have my backyard fence replaced. The quality of workmanship upon inspection of the fence install was very poor. The fence was not level, the posts were found to be sunk only 18 inches vice the normal 30 inches, the fence wobbled severely and the far end was out of alignment over one foot due to a tree clearance. I spoke to the salesman Rick and was assured these problems would be corrected. I had the tree removed to facilitate the repair. Rick came out and said he would personally make all repairs yet failed to show up to do the work on three separate scheduled dates. On the initial phone call I made to him explaining the problems found on the initial install, I could hear the owner of the business, William Northrup, in the background cursing loudly regarding my complaints. Tree removal people removed two sections of fence to prevent damage and Rick stated he would reinstall them when making the other repairs. Still a no show to complete required work. Very unreliable company. F & S is a one star operation at the very best. Beware.

I HAVE HAD A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPIERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR ADVERTISED DISCOUNTS .I SPENT ALOT OF $ WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEN WHEN A PROBLEM ARRISES THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMED THEM TO ANYONE EVER .I WOULD DRIVE 5OO MILES TO BUY FENCE FROM SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE I EVER WOULD GO DOWN THE ROAD TO BUY FENCE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT OR THEIR ADVERTISED DISCOUNTS AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND REFUSED TO WORK OUT A PROBLEM AND HUNG UP ON ME SO I WOULD NEVER RECOMMED THEM TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS COMPANY HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ,I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE ADVERTISED DISCOUNT IN THE YELLOW PAGES FOR $100 OFF A100 FEET OR MORE WHICH I PURCHAED 130 FEET,WHEN I CALLED THEM REGARDING A PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WITH MY FENCE AND ABOUT THE DISCOUNT THEY WERE VERY RUDE TO MY FAMILY AND REFUSED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND USED TOLD ME TO NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN AND HUNG UP ON ME. I HAVE SINCE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. SO I WOULD NEVER RECOMMED THEM TO ANYONE .
