Zero stars for customer service!
12/16 placed order for Dallas Cowboys camo boots. 12/22 received Houston Texan Shirt. I called same day was reassured correct item would overnight just in time for Xmas (nxt day). On 12/23 called back item was not in stock pick ticket was put in, but boots would ship 4-6weeks out. Frustrated I asked for refund only to be told they needed their cheap shirt back in the store in order to begin refund process and then it would be an additional 22 days after they receive it for the credit to appear. This is ridiculous and not right. I ordered correct, Fanatics shipped incorrect and now I have to wait for my money. There credit procedure sucks and clearly Fanatics does not care about their fans!!

Well I was guaranteed that my order would be here by December 23 or it would be free. Still no order and can't get ahold of anybody. They make it real hard to find a customer service line. I want my money back cause thier guarantee sux.

order an item and it has never arrived...tried getting ahold of someone and have had no luck. all phone lines lead to no one or disconnected phone lines. tried the message center and they hang up or get disconnected. very disappointed and hopefully i can get my money back through Paypal

I purchased an item from this company. They sent an email confirmation. It stated that they would send an email once the order was shipped. I waited and waited, nothing. So I contacted customer service who had informed me that the order was shipped. I asked the costumer service representative why was I not informed. She stated they there were having problems with their system. Once I received the order, I was sent an email "Your order has been shipped." I contacted customer service again and informed them of the situation. They sent an email informing me that there would be an investigation into this matter and I would be contacted by a representative from the company via phone. Months later I am still waiting for a call. Extremely bad customer service. Don't ask them for an explanation, because all you will get is a story from their list of "Excuses 101." A saying from a friend of mine, "If it looks like chicken, and taste like chicken, it's d*@#.
