In reference to Dr. William Bosworth, D.O.



This doctor is very old and set in his ways. His "bedside manner" is very poor. He acts as if he can hardly stand to listen to you and will cut you off before you have finished voicing your symptoms. I noticed that he also treats his staff in the same manner. Highly unprofessional. How can he treat a patient that he has not examined or actively listened to? He will, however, give you as many "referrals" to other doctors as he can write.



You will still be expected to pay whether he treats you or not.



When I voiced my concerns to the staff through tears, they offered no support or suggestions. They were actually quite cold with me. Even the office manager was uncaring. Better customer service training would help the office a great deal.



I am seeking another, more competent doctor. Save yourself precious time, money and unneeded stress by doing the same.
