Poor Service, Bad Coffee

Went in for a bite to eat at about 10 am. Was hoping to find some breakfast foods since it's a cafe and supposedly European. They didn't have any breakfast things which is fine so I grabbed a coffee. I looked over the menu and was going to order a sandwich but after waiting for 15 minutes for my waitress (who was not busy) I decided I'd rather go somewhere that I know will have great service.
