Dean from the resurfacing department just stopped by for a quote looking like a red faced alcoholic, and then was extremely arrogant and insulting. He was not friendly at all and when I asked him how their resurfacing process was done he said they just chip out the loose marcite and resurface right over the old.

When I told him that is not the process that any of the other companies explained to me, that they cut in and remove the top layer of old marcite (with grinders) around the entire pool, he said, "Well your wrong, but everytime I try to tell you something you seem to think you know it all already."

I said, "Ok, well that is NOT the type of quality install I am looking for and I have a quote already from Pinch-A-Penny for under $10,000", and he said "well ok" and just left. Clearly this is NOT a professional pool company that ANYONE should have over for estimates. I highly recommend you try another company unless you enjoy wasting your time for an inferior installation process and rude sales people.
