I booked an appointment through this page. A representative ended up calling me a few hours later to confirm everything. This led me to believe they are very organized and detail oriented. That's already significantly better than past experiences. It was the same in person too! Very easy to work with and it was a productive visit overall. I appreciate how well versed the professionals here were and how gentle they were with my skin. No damages or excruciating pain. Thank you kindly.

I went in for tattoo removal, very professional staff. I also love the fact that it is in an actual medical facility. I have already had 3 tattoos removed, Graceila is the best.
