If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their customer service is horrible. I ordered 5 t-shirts on 8/12. I was told they were ready 8/18. When I went to pick them up 8/20 I discovered only 2 of my shirts were ready. I was promised the other 3 would be ready today, 8/30. I just called and not only are they not ready but now they won't be ready until 9/1 hopefully. To top it off when I expressed my displeasure with them I was told there was nothing they could do and was treated rudely because I wasn't happy with my service. I will never do business with this company again.

From start to finish the employees were professional and friendly. Excellent communication throughout and the very detailed work done on our son's personalized jacket was perfect. We will definitely be back!
