Didn't even make it in the door. The person that answered the phone told me that it wasn't possible to file my Federal & TX State taxes because the deadline had passed for TX. I reside here, have a home in and income from TX. Maybe more knowledgeable people answering the phones would make all the difference.

Hello, You definitely did not call this Elite Tax and Accounting office because I would have told you that Texas has no state income taxes so there is nothing to file for Texas.
