In a time shared moral values seem to waning, one of our priorities is strengthening programs for children, youth, young adults and families. Study and fellowship groups offer opportunities to ask honest questions and discover ways to deal with lifes difficult issues. As we share together, we find love and acceptance. Supportive friendships are formed. We also work to make a difference in our neighborhood and community. We are very active in WSCO (West Side Christian Outreach), The City Rescue Mission, Murray Hill Preservation Association, The Sheriffs Advisory Council, Clothes for Kids. etc. Along with other local Disciples churches, we provide ministry to the residents of the Florida Christian Apartments, and Florida Christian Health Center. We also share ministry across the our nation and around the world.
