I have been taking my granddaughters here for over a year and I like the dentist. She not only used numbing medicine but gas as well. The gas costs but at least the kids were at ease. I would recommend this dentist to others....

If I could get away with giving this office no stars, that is what I would give this office!!!

They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever seen. First I call to get an appointment and drive over an hour to get there to be told they can only see one of my daughters. My other daughters insurance isn’t taken there on Mondays. Well when I called I gave them both of their insurance information to make sure it was accepted so why was I scheduled then.

My one daughter is seen and is scheduled for a filling the same day. The assistant had to leave the room many times before the procedure to get proper equipment because it either wasn’t the right equipment or it didn’t work. Finally when it is all set up they proceed to do my 4 yr olds filling with no numbing medicine. She is in so much pain during the procedure she throws up. I was so scared for her life at this point because they keep her laying down and they were not trying to suction the vomit out of her mouth, I was afraid she was going to aspirate on her vomit because she was crying and choking. The dentist was so agitated that she was upset that he was shaking his hands in an agitated manner over her head. Meanwhile my 6 yr old is present for all of this. She was so shaken by this experience she told me “she couldn’t take it anymore!” So now I have a 4 yr old and a 6 yr old that never want to go to a dentist again.

Another very unprofessional act that was done was they kept speaking in Spanish where you couldn’t understand what they were saying. This was done more than once while we there.

I will not ever go here again and for the safety of everyone I will spread the word to everyone I know in hopes they will continue to spread the word even further.
