Bradley Gardner in the Duval Ford service dept delivered me top notch service. He worked with my work schedule and gave me detailed reports on everything I needed for my vehicle. He tested my car until he found the issue I brought it in for and fixed it. And he gave me service with a smile! ☺

I visited Duval Ford for an oil change, and had the pleasure of having Dave Manning as my service advisor. Dave was both personal and professional. He made sure that all of my needs were met. Sold my daughter a car with a broken welded unsafe axle send it to Jeep dealer was given the total run around from the service department at Duval Ford they actually wanted her to get back in the vehicle and drive it over back to their shop so they could okay to have Jeep fix it so they're basically saying for my daughter to go into a vehicle that is a death trap with a broken axle and drive it 10 miles to their dealership what responsible party would have somebody do that with their child let alone a regular customer I would never ever ever recommend these people or for you to go there and get service I'm sure they'd be more than happy to sell you a vehicle when when it comes down to taking care of what they sold you they want no part of it due to inadequate work and pretty much lies straight to your face so all I could say is buyers beware and do not believe a word that they say have them put it in writing and again I would go to another one if you're interested in buying a vehicle not from this company or this dealership

Tino Lebron was an amazing salesman. He was friendly and personable, he was not pushy, and he asked for my personal preferences and pet peeves in a car to make sure I got a vehicle that I would love. I would definitely buy a car from Tino again!

PARTS DEPT: I was a walk in needing a part that auto parts places don't carry.



Erick is the man who looked it up, told me the cost and while I was reaching for my wallet knowing that I would have to pay up front, he said excuse me, and then answered the phone. I waited for the phone call to end, when he answered the second phone call. I am standing there asking myself how many more calls is he going to answer with me standing right in front of him. I waited another minute or two, and when it was apparent that this phone call was going to end soon, I walked out. I felt stupid just standing there for no reason. I would characterize this service as very poor. So, go to Mike Shade if you need a part where you have to walk through the showroom to get to parts.
