beyond horrible!!!

I would not recommend this Dunkin donut shop to anyone!! Besides the fact that they always get your order wrong their customer service skills are jacked up..Dunkin donuts needs to make sure they train their employees correctly how hard is to put sugar in a cup of coffee?? Than when you go to call to complain guess what? there is no number on the receipt!!! Everybody know why right??? BECAUSE THEY GET TOO MANY COMPLAINTS!!!!

horrible service

They always give me the wrong items. They always mess up my order. They do not respond well when I tell them that the order is wrong. The service was so bad I stopped going to this store.
